Our team is composed of successful entrepreneurs from across the banking, public accounting, specialty finance, distressed debt and real estate industries who possess experience in all functional areas of our businesses and bring over two centuries of experience to every opportunity. Each member of the Executive Team leverages their unique expertise across our portfolio, and actively participates in a specific business as a senior member to provide the most value possible.

Norman Kravetz
Chairman of the Board

Norman Kravetz is JH Capital Group’s co-founder and has served as the Company’s Chairman of the Board since its founding in 2009. Mr. Kravetz has a distinguished 40-year career as an entrepreneur and business owner with a strong track record of success in the financial services and real estate industries in Southern California.

In addition to his role with JH Capital Group, where he mentors and guides the executive management team, Mr. Kravetz is the founder and owner of Realty Bancorp Equities LLC. He is also the founder and owner of Kravetz Capital Funding LLC and the owner of NJK Holding LLC.

Douglas Jacobsen
Chief Executive Officer

Douglas Jacobsen is JH Capital Group’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has also served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since its founding in 2009. Mr. Jacobsen is responsible for the Company’s overall business strategy. He is the driver of all mergers and acquisitions activity as well as leads JH Capital Group’s community relations, public relations and community outreach efforts.

Mr. Jacobsen is a lifelong entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in cultivating multiple successful enterprises including Jacobsen Credit Holdings, LLC. He received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and is a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.

Anthony Riggio

Anthony Riggio has served as President of JH Capital Group since 2009 and is responsible for business development, acquisitions and operations. Prior to joining JH Capital Group, Mr. Riggio held several executive positions in the consumer credit industry including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions for Encore Capital Group (Nasdaq: ECPG) and Senior Vice President for Washington Mutual Card Services (formerly Providian).

Prior to this, Mr. Riggio led business development operations for Obongo, Inc., a start-up financial service software provider that was funded by Sequoia Capital and later acquired by AOL. Mr. Riggio received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and his master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He also completed international certifications from WHU Koblenz in Germany and the Stockholm School of Economics.

Chris Raymond
Chief Risk Officer

Chris Raymond serves as the Chief Risk Officer of JH Capital Group and has been responsible for all strategy and analytics since joining the Company in 2010. Prior to JH Capital Group, Mr. Raymond was employed for 16 years with Bank of America/MBNA America, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Recovery Strategies. In this role, Mr. Raymond led the development and execution of recovery strategies on charged-off assets for consumer card, consumer lending, and business card portfolios totaling over $25 billion across the U.S. and various international markets.

Prior to this position, Mr. Raymond led the recovery forecasting and analytics department at Bank of America where he was responsible for annual and monthly financial forecasts of all supported recovery products. Mr. Raymond attended Wilmington College and majored in Aviation and Business Management. He graduated from Dawn Aeronautics flight school with a Professional Pilot and Flight Instructors license.

Todd Harrington, Esq.
General Counsel

Todd Harrington has served as General Counsel of JH Capital Group since 2013 and has been with the Company since 2011. Prior to JH Capital Group, from 2008 to 2011, Mr. Harrington served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Datasat Digital Entertainment Inc. and Datasat Technologies Inc., sister corporations engaged primarily in digital audio and wireless communications. Mr. Harrington was responsible for executing the strategic vision of both companies and developing and structuring all strategic relationships and opportunities for Datasat.

From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Harrington was division general counsel for DTS, Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: DTSI). Mr. Harrington is licensed to practice law in the state of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and his bachelor’s degree from California State Long Beach.
